Road to Recovery: Overcoming
Challenges in Wildlife Rehabilitation
December 5th, 6th and 7th 2025
Lancaster, PA
Dear Wildlife Conservation Partner,
We are excited to invite you to partner with us for our 2025 Pennsylvania Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Conference, a transformative event dedicated to the continued advancement of wildlife care. This year’s theme, “Road to Recovery: Overcoming Challenges in Wildlife Rehabilitation,” reflects the resilience and innovation required to address the ever-evolving challenges in the field of wildlife rehabilitation. The conference will take place over the weekend of December 5, 6, and 7 at the Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center in Lancaster, PA and we would be honored to have your support and involvement!
Hosted by the Pennsylvania Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Council and the Pennsylvania Association of Wildlife Rehabilitators (PAWR), this year’s conference will bring together wildlife rehabilitators, veterinarians, educators, and environmental and
conservation professionals from across the Commonwealth for three-days of hands- on training sessions, continuing education opportunities, forums, presentations, and valuable networking events; all focused on equipping attendees with the tools and
knowledge to overcome the growing challenges faced in wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and release. As it is our 30th conference, we expect over 150 attendees representing a broad spectrum of individuals invested in enhancing the future of wildlife conservation.
Your generous donation will provide important support for not only the wildlife rehabilitation professionals of Pennsylvania and the wildlife they tend to, but also help offset the cost of the conference itself and allow us to support participants by offering programming at reduced costs or waiving registration fees entirely.
All sponsors will be recognized during the conference, and a detailed list of sponsorship benefits can be found on the following pages.
On behalf of the Pennsylvania Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Council and Pennsylvania Association of Wildlife Rehabilitators, thank you for your consideration and support, and we look forward to seeing you in Lancaster this December!
